Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of MIUMIU, including your account, wallet and orders. By creating an account, funding a wallet or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Refund and Privacy Policies.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Services & delivery
MIUMIU routes orders to independent third-party providers. The selected package, quantity limits, price, refill flag and any estimated start or delivery information shown at checkout form the applicable service description. Availability is checked before an order is accepted, but provider or social-network conditions can change after submission and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Payments & balance
Successful top-ups credit the selected MIUMIU wallet. At order placement the quoted amount is reserved; it becomes a charge only after a provider accepts the order, or the reservation is released if dispatch fails. Quotes can change before confirmation because provider and currency rates change. Wallet credit is a service balance, is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, and is not transferable between users.
4. Refunds & refills
A failed or canceled dispatch releases the reserved amount. When a provider reports a terminal failure or partial delivery, the undelivered portion is credited back to the wallet used for payment. Refill exists only for the exact package marked as refill-supported and only within its displayed window. Completed delivered quantities are not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You must submit only public targets you are authorized to promote. You may not use MIUMIU for unlawful activity, harassment, deception, unauthorized access, spam, manipulation prohibited by applicable law, or to violate a social network's rules. We may reject orders or suspend accounts to prevent abuse, fraud or harm.
6. Liability
Social networks and providers are outside MIUMIU's control and may change counts, rules or access without notice. We do not guarantee ranking, revenue, audience behavior or permanent retention. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a specific paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
