Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MIUMIU. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. This is sample copy and not legal advice.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Services & delivery
Engagement services are routed to third-party providers. Delivery times are estimates; start counts, drop rates and quality vary by service and are shown before you confirm an order.
3. Payments & balance
Top-ups are credited to a wallet balance recorded in an immutable ledger. Orders are charged from this balance. Prices may change with market rates.
4. Refunds & refills
Orders that fail or under-deliver are automatically refilled or refunded to your wallet, subject to the Refund Policy. Completed orders are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to target others without consent, or to violate the terms of any social network. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIUMIU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
