Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data MIUMIU processes, why it is needed, when it is shared, and how you can make a privacy request.
1. What we collect
We process account and verification data (such as email, mobile number, name, country and security settings); order data (public target links, service, quantity and status); wallet, payment-reference and transaction records; support messages; and technical/security data such as IP address, device, session and request logs. Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes or private content.
2. How we use it
We use data to create and secure accounts, quote and fulfil orders, maintain wallet and accounting records, provide support and notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose reliability problems, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent for optional communications.
3. Sharing
We disclose only the data needed to service providers that support hosting, payments, messaging, security and order fulfilment. An engagement provider normally receives the public target, service parameters and quantity, not your MIUMIU password or full wallet history. Providers may operate in other countries. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when lawfully required or to protect users and the service.
4. Security
We apply access controls, transport encryption, protected secret storage, audit records and optional two-factor authentication. No internet service can promise absolute security; report suspected account compromise immediately and use a unique password.
5. Your rights
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, dispute handling, security and applicable accounting or legal requirements. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required or needed to establish or defend claims. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
6. Contact
For a privacy request, use the Contact page or open a dashboard ticket. Include the account email or mobile and the request type, but never send a password or one-time code. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where that right applies.
