Refund Policy
This Policy describes how MIUMIU handles unavailable, failed, canceled, partial and completed orders, and distinguishes order refunds from wallet top-ups.
1. Eligible orders
If an order cannot be dispatched, its wallet reservation is released. If a provider reports a canceled or failed order, the undelivered amount is credited to the same wallet. For a provider-confirmed partial order, the refund is proportional to the quantity reported as undelivered. Provider status and the order ledger are used to prevent duplicate refunds.
2. Refill window
Refill is not included by default. It is available only when the exact package selected at checkout is marked as refill-supported. The applicable number of days is shown with that package or in the order details. A refill request must be for a completed provider order, within that window, and subject to the provider's eligibility rules.
3. Refunds to wallet
Eligible automatic refunds and released reservations return to the same IRR or USD wallet used for the order. Processing depends on receiving a final provider status; no fixed completion time is promised. A wallet credit is not automatically sent back through the original payment gateway.
4. Not eligible
Delivered quantities are not refundable merely because engagement later drops, unless the selected package includes refill and the request qualifies. Problems caused after submission by a private, deleted, renamed, restricted or incorrect target; simultaneous orders for the same target; or changes made by the social network may be ineligible. We review provider-caused failures separately.
5. Disputes
If the recorded result appears wrong, open a dashboard ticket with the order ID and relevant evidence. We compare the order events, provider response and wallet ledger, and correct an error when verified. Do not initiate duplicate orders while a dispute is under review.
6. Wallet top-ups
Top-ups purchase MIUMIU wallet credit and are separate from an individual order refund. Wallet credit is generally non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except when required by applicable law or expressly approved after payment, identity and fraud review. Payment reversals or chargebacks may suspend the account while investigated.
